Refund & Cancellation Policy

Tactical Edge Complex does not handle individual payments for classes, events, or training sessions conducted on our premises. We lease our facility to licensed instructors, government agencies, or organizations through formal agreements.

Third-Party Payment Responsibility

• All individual bookings, class registrations, and payment processing are managed independently by the contracting instructors or organizations.

• Tactical Edge Complex is not responsible for issuing refunds or handling cancellations related to services provided by third parties operating on our property.

Lease and Contractual Agreements

• All leasing arrangements are governed by signed contracts.

• Cancellations or changes to lease agreements are subject to the terms outlined in each contract.

• Tactical Edge Complex reserves the right to deny use or cancel agreements due to safety violations, noncompliance, or unforeseen circumstances, with terms handled per the contract.
